I was there for 4 nights and can´t complain. The Hostel is really in the center, the showers are nice and clean, the Internet is great and the staff is kind. The Bed is made when you come and you don´t need to do anything. 2 Thinks that weren't great: small rooms but good idea with a locker under the bed to put in safely the language and really small kitchen. But as I said everything is clean! There is also a safe at the reception and you can get towels if needed. I would go there again, I met awesome people!
Stayed in this place the last 4 days,location is second to none and very easy to find,right beside the metro stop. Beds are excellent for a hostel and showers powerful an stayed hot which is rare in a big an busy hostel. Complementary lockers at reception are a big plus too. Overall very good but the one an only complaint is cleaners coming in early on the morning to change bedsheets but hey they're just doing their jobs so can't knock them for that.
Highly recommended hostel, after having traveled for a bit over a month can definitely say this was the best hostel I stayed at. They have safes available for every guest, the cleanliness is impeccable, towels and locks available and what makes it so great is the staff of the hostel. We had a bit of a complication while there (our fault, we misplaced some stuff) and throughout the whole ordeal the staff was helpful, understanding and helpful (Thank you, Terka!!) even in the end when we realized it was our fault and I was expecting the person helping us to be utterly angry, it was the opposite, rather than being mad at us for taking some of her time, she gave us a hug and was as relieved as we were to have found our stuff. Could not be happier to have stayed there, so dont look around anymore and book now!
Fantastic central location, scan card to get inside building and onto the correct floor so security was great. Down sides are lack of atmosphere in lounge area and the under bed storage which is so loud when trying to pull out the draw that it wakes people in the room and shakes the bunkbed which is unfair on the other guest.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with sturdy beds. Nice common room with a seating area and a TV. Everything very pleasant apart from the kitchen, which is tiny and does not have a stove or microwave. Fantastic location and great free walking tour!
The hostel is in a good location and is easy to find. It is purpose built and has good showers. The 8 bed dorm is rather cramped, the kitchen only consists of a microwave and a toaster and there isn't really an area to socialise.
It's my second stay at this hostel, location is great, right in the city center, the staff is welcoming and helpful (although they were not able to provide me with a simple band-aid when I got an injure on my finger, instead they sent me to Albert to buy one myself...), the bigger dorms are a bit crowded but overall it's a really nice stay. I would come back.
Location is excellent, walking distance from the main train station with luggage and a quick walk to the Old Town and all the main sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Downside is the rooms are really cramped, tiny size for an 8 bed dorm. The atmosphere in the common room was pretty dead and kitchenette was minimal but sufficient. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean with good security.
best hostel i've ever stayed at in prague. location is right at wenceslas square, staff are super friendly and really helpful. I stayed in a all-female dorm room where we have our own bathroom inside and everything was clean and nice, each bed has its own reading lamp, electrical socket and a huge drawer under the bed. they give out small towel for free and there is also security box at reception available to use for free. totally recommended!
Liked: Central position next to metro station, good value and clean room, secure locker at reception and can leave luggage after checking out. Staff at reception were busy even after midnight, as the hostel had people checking in, asking for services constantly. Staff were friendly and helpful though.
Disliked: Tiny kitchenette,, only enough room for kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge, no stove to cook.
